My daughter and I popped into Just Cuts for a wash and thermal style, and we had a really pleasant experience! The wash was relaxing and refreshing, especially after a day of swimming in the ocean. It left us both feeling fresh and fabulous. The thermal styling was cool too, and we both loved how our hair turned out. For the price, it felt like good value. My daughter also got a $40 trim to tidy up her ends. While it looked nice, we weren’t entirely convinced it was worth the extra cost. That said, the staff were lovely, polite, and super accommodating for our walk-in appointment, which made the whole visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for an easy walk in haircut experience with the option of an add ons for a wash and dry, this is a perfect place. I went in yesterday morning asking to make a booking in the evening and the lovely ladies at reception let me know that they are a walk-in salon, that they have an app where you can check in and view how long your wait will be if I wanted to view the best time to physically walk in and get seated in a chair. When I came back in the evening I checked in on the device by their registers and got seated pretty quickly, then I got a wash and cut with Steve who was extremely kind and even helped fix my bangs which were cut a little funny previously, he was super professional and was a really lovely guy to talk to. I paid $61 total and left feeling amazing getting my trim done after putting it off for ages. Thank you so much Justcuts Cairns Central Team! ✨

No appointment made. I just walked in. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. I was lucky to have my unruly hair cut & styled under the expertise of Richard. He has a very friendly demeanour. He put me at easy whilst he expertly styled my hair. I absolutely love it. I can't thank him enough. My husband was thrilled to see my new modern hairstyle. I thoroughly recommend Richard if you are looking for the best stylist in Cairns. Just Cuts prices are also fantastic.

Saturday - I did not have an appt, I was able to walk in for a wash, blow dry & curl. I had Rachel (not sure of spelling) she was lovely, end result was lovely, and it was also a relaxing experience. She was very patient as I also had my 5 year old with me who also needed to be taken to the toilet half way through the blow dry. Great experience, will definitely go back for this service. Thank you

I’m always quite nervous when it comes to my hair but the lady who gave me a haircut was very kind and accommodating. I described what I wanted and she delivered. The result was absolutely perfect and I feel like a princess :)
